Clients are unable to submit Jotforms

    Several of our clients have attempted to submit Jotforms today and were unsuccessful. Many completed the form 3 or 4 times and still were unable to submit.

    One client filled in his own address and, when attempting to submit the form, the form gave an error and pushed him back up to the address field, saying it was incomplete.

    Another client attempted to complete a form and scrolled through the Terms and Conditions, selected the box saying they had read the T&C, and then could not submit the form. The form gives the error that the T&C needs to be read and agreed to.

    All of this is happening today with forms that have been in use for months.

    Also, one of our administrators was trying to gather information from the Jotforms database and the site would not let her log out.

    We need this attended to quickly, please. All client paperwork for our two offices is submitted through JotForm.

    I have cloned your first three forms and tested them, none of them are showing any issues.

    Could you tell us which forms did each of your clients face these issues?
