Unable to register, usernames are already taken

    I have tried registering and have used every possible user name but everyone is taken, is your system working properly?

    Hi Paul,

    Apologize if this caused you inconvenience. We need to verify if they are really NOT existing so please share with us those usernames so we can check. 

    Also, are you on our preferred domain for your location: www.jotform.ca ? If not, please try to access this domain and register from there. See if that makes a difference.

    Please let us know if none of this steps are working so we can forward this to our developers for further assistance.

    I think you already manage to create account. As I've check your email address "paiello@heatinc.ca" and I can see that it's already associated to account which is using "paiello" as account username.
