I am unable to login. I have tried logging in with google, clearing cache, re-signing up and reloading the browser all with no success. This is not the first time this has happened. Please advise asap.

The reason that you are not able to log in is that the account has been suspended due to collecting sensitive information such as Credit Card details, this is a violation of Terms of Use: https://www.jotform.com/terms/
I will reactivate the account so please delete or remove the offensive fields to avoid suspension.
