I am unable to download submissions

    I am unable to download forms.. everytime it just states "preparing" and that's it. Is there a number I can call?

    Hello Arliss,

    The account was locked out due to multiple failed login attempts. That's the reason why the download won't work even though it appears that you are connected.

    I've reactivated the account, would you mind checking again? Please let us know if the issue persists.
