Updated HIPAA account and data collection

    I updated to the silver subscription for HIPAA compliance and followed the directions on the website. I am not seeing the HIPAA mark on the log in page and the form I am making does not have HIPAA in the link.

    Upgrading the account to Silver will not automatically switch your account to a HIPAA compliant account.

    Yes I did follow the instructions in the guide to update my account but it is STILL NOT HIPAA compliant.

    May I confirm that you followed the instructions and you saw "Your JotForm account is now HIPAA compliant" after successfully completed the process? or did you see error message and couldn't complete the process? If you are having some error messages during the process, please let us know what kind of error messages are shown, so we could look into this issue further.

    Yes I followed the instructions, and signed the HIPAA agreement document. My account says there is pending activity? I also do not have HIPAA mark when I log into my account.

    May I ask how long has it been since you completed the "Upgrade HIPAA Compliance"? I'm still not able to confirm that the your account is upgraded to HIPAA Compliant. If you completed the process, the HIPAA Compliance badge will be added automatically. Please also make sure that you verify your email address in order to successfully completed the process as well.

    I completed the upgrade this Tuesday, Oct. 27th. The HIPAA badge has not been added and I have verified by email address along time ago.

    Hello,

    Kindly activate HIPAA to see the HIPAA badge and to move your forms and data to our HIPAA compliant server.

    You can do it through the following pages:

    https://www.jotform.com/hipaa/ - click Upgrade HIPAA and proceed with the next steps. You do not need to pay again in this case.

    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data - Click Upgrade HIPAA button.

    This is getting very frustrating. I have clicked that bottom and followed the instructions! MY ACCOUNT IS STILL NOT HIPPA compliant. If I cannot get this fixed I will be looking for another software that meets my needs.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

    Your account is still not HIPAA Compliant. The account will be upgraded to HIPAA automatically when all steps from our guide are completed. Can you please tell us if step 6 saw completes successfully?

    Please try to upgrade your account to HIPAA again. If you get any error or if the account is not upgraded again after all steps are completed, let us know if we will report the issue to our developers.
