Urgent: Jotform back-end is down??? Getting error when trying to edit form. Missing PDF attachments. Please ADVISE.

It seems your back-end is down. When will it be back up? PDFs are missing as attachments.

Please help. This is urgent. Clients may not be getting the form data in the password protected PDFs.
