    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

You don't have to create a duplicate form if you also want to have your form available in Spanish. You can make-your-forms-multilingual like so:

    1) In your form, click into the SETTINGS tab. It should automatically have the FORM SETTINGS tab open. After that, click on SHOW MORE OPTIONS:

    2) Then, select the default Form Language from the dropdown:

    3) After you have selected the default language, click to EDIT form Translations:

    4) Click to Add form language and select the language you'd like to add to the form:

    5) Add the form language and ensure that you have translated any untranslated fields, as shown in the example below:

Please make sure that you also check the WARNINGS & INDICATORS tab as well.

I hope this helps! Please note that we also have this guide available: https://www.jotform.com/features/translate-forms/

    Thank you!
