I have created to submission forms one which works and one which doesnt.
My form vehicle request form does the following.
In the email alerts tab, the address in the bottom right-hand corner is; firstname.lastname@example.org.
Test email says email sent to rangecarimport, however actual email goes to email@example.com.
Ironically I actually want all form submsissions to go to firstname.lastname@example.org.
By the way the form thinks that the rangecarimport address is the 'defualt' email address if that has any bearing on this.
Can you please help?
Can you please share to us URL of the Form which you are having problem with for further assistance?
In addition, I've check your form and TEST email sent to email@example.com as account email address.
Have you tried already clearing your browser cache and cookies as well as form cache? If not, can you please give a try.
