Are you looking to share the link to your form via a text message?

If that is the case, I'm afraid that there is no option to do that within JotForm. But, you can always copy the link to your form and send it manually as a text to your respondents.

Thank you for the additional information. If that is the case, you can set up an email autoresponder in your form that is, by default, set to be sent to the email address entered by your respondents in the email field of your form.
