    Also, it seems that deleting a submission doesn't make the reservation portion of the form make that time slot available again. Sometimes we have parents who change their minds and wants to change their reservation to something else.

    Hi there,

    Have you tried editing the submission instead? Please check out the guide below to see how you can edit your submissions.

    I've checked your form and most of the slots are already greyed out. Can you please tell us which slot are you referring to exactly? So we can further investigate the issue.

    Thank you for the followup.
    I wanted to delete the submission because the family entered their reservation twice. I tried to remove the old submission under “Sarah Lam” that was scheduled for 10:30AM. By deleting the submission, I was hoping it would make the time slot available again, but it’s still greyed out. Meanwhile, the father should be scheduled for 11:00AM, not 12:00PM.
    I want the form to release the time slot so a different family can take that reservation time.

    Can you please specify the class name as well? I can see that for most of the classes the 10:30 slot is already filled. Is it for the Kolea Class?

    The issue related to the 1-hour difference has already been escalated to the backend team on the following ticket.

    Yes, its for the Kolea class for that particular family. Although I would want that function to work no matter which class it is.

    Could you please check and let us know if you are not getting the same slots available?

    Please also note that Tables show appointment times 1 hour ahead and currently it can cause confusion while comparing available slots. The issue is already escalated, and our developers are working on it to fix.

    I don’t know if it’s because everything is being updated, but now all the slots are not greyed out, so this needs to get fixed so parents do not accidently reserve the same time slot as someone else.
    (As an aside, is the appointment widget not working optimally? Seems I’ve been running into issues with it since I started using it.)

    Appointment field should work optimally, however, seems there's currently some issue with that and our developers will fix it as soon as possible.
