Pass form submission data from first form to the second form

Hi

I have two forms one is for the student's registration and the other for the class report, what I want is to have the student use the first form ( Student's registration ) to signup to our course then the name field automatically added to the name field on the second form ( Class report ) without me adding that manually

can that be possible
