I can't preview my form, it is in Restore Mode

    Here's what it says when i try to preview or open the form (even after publishing) Form not found

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. This happens when the account the form you are trying to access is under has not been used for a long time. The account is placed in a "Dormant" status and the forms under it will be in "Restore Mode".

    I have reactivated the account the form you linked is under. You should be able to view the form now. Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
