Hi colorfulnails12551,
I have investigated your form and it seems there are submissions made.
If there is a submission with the amount selected for the inventory widget, these are substructed while showing the form.
For example;
There is a Berry Merry with initial availability of 3.
And it shows 2 available on the form. (https://www.jotform.com/202588426965165)
But once I checked the submissions page, there is a submission that selected this Berry Merry with a quantity of 1.
This is why you see '2 available'.
Please let us know whether there is anything unclear.

So if I'm understanding you right in the widget whatever number I put in there stays there but it decreases for the customer to see as orders go out. So when I go to add more stock I have to bump that number up and say it's a four in the widget and there's one on the site to add more inventory I have to say I'm adding two on to the four I have to make that a six is that making any senseSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

That's right. On your example, we assumed that there were two new stocks that were added to the initial 4 stocks, so that's make it 6 total stocks. And since a customer ordered 1, what your other customers will see there is '5 available stocks'.
