How do I add credit card payment to my form?

I'm almost done with my order form and im going through everything to make sure everything works but when I put credit card information in to check out, there isnt a next tab to move forward with the payment. The paypal payment works but it seems like im missing a step to accept credit card payments

As we check your JotForm, it seems that the PayPal is connected correctly to the form. However, we notice that there is no Submit button added to the form, instead there is Page break. We have now added the Submit button to your form. Please check again and try sending a test submission to see if the form is working fine.
