I am very unhappy as I upgraded the account and have paid, yet my account is suspended and my clients have called all day complaining.
Please fix immediantly or refund in full.

Your account was actually in Overlimit Status. You are not Suspended. This happens because you have not define your Jotform Username during the upgrade process. Without the username, our system cannot or will not automatically upgrade your account.
I have this manually corrected from your end. Your account is now Economy. However, let us know if you'd still like to get a refund and downgrade your account.
