PayPal payment: It shows error message to some of my customers.

I edited a template which allows payment by credit card. When some of the customers try to pay they receive a message which states "Your bank requires additional verification." It pops up after they enter their credit card and click on submit. Then it is just stuck and nothing happens.

It seems you have created one more thread for the same question and I have already responded to you in the following thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2658408

I checked your form again and you have integrated it correctly with your PayPal account. Is this a new PayPal account? Its most likely an issue related to your PayPal account limitation. Can you please contact PayPal support and ask them to check if there is any limitation with your PayPal account?

You need to also ensure that "PayPal Account Optional" is turned ON in your PayPal account. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to turn on PayPal account optional: https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/About-Business/How-to-make-quot-PayPal-Account-optional-quot-option-available/td-p/845267

    Hope this helps.

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.

The PayPal Account Optional" is turned ON. However it is still not working with some credit cards. I am going to attach a screenshot.

We apologize for inconvenience. I also checked the embedded form in your website and I noted that there were actually 2 forms embedded on the same page.

It could be possible also the issue was being caused by related script conflicts happening between those of the forms and those in the website.

I suggest you try first re-embedding the forms in the website using instead the iframe embed code of the forms.

User guide : Getting the Form iFrame Code

This will ensure that script conflict related issue was not a factor in the error that happened when using the forms in the website.

You may test again or observe for new incoming submissions if the error still persist even after re-embedding the forms.

Do let us know if issue persist.
