JotForm tables > Excel download: Image choice data appearing as HTML codes

    Hi

    With the overnight change to the submissions format I've hit a significant issue.

    I have a separate spreadsheet that I export client survey responses to so that It can run formulae and format reports.

    Before today, questions that allowed the client to select an image exported as the text associated with the image. E.g, in the attached screenshot if a client selected the picture of the muffin, that field in the exported Excel report would read 'Hospitality / Tourism'.

    As of today, the table shows the link to the image, not the text (in this case: <table><tr><td><a target="_blank" href="https://icons.jotfor.ms/cardforms/assets/icons/icon-sets-v2/color/Colored/jfc_icon_color-coloredjfsvg-fun-muffin.png"><img width="64" height="64" src="https://icons.jotfor.ms/cardforms/assets/icons/icon-sets-v2/color/Colored/jfc_icon_color-coloredjfsvg-fun-muffin.png" /></a></td></tr><tr><td>Hospitality / Tourism</td></tr></table>)

    Is there a workaround so that the output from a image submission goes back to the way it was? My reporting system is time-critical and is currently completely broken.

    I am able to replicate the issue you are facing. The excel submission downloaded from the Tables page shows this Image choice field as :

    However, when I tested downloading the excel submission from your old submission page: https://www.jotform.com/submissions/93358844109869, it appeared correctly:

    Let me escalate this to our backend team to check. Once there is an update we will let you know via this ticket.

    Thanks - there are some other minor changes in other response types (e.g., added semi-colons for multiple selections), but nothing I can't fix at this end.

    The problem above, however is far more significant for processing responses.
