auto-include or auto-populate in HIPAA forms

We are using the HIPAA version forms and I want to know if we can Auto-populate into a page a field entered in a previous page. For example, if the form requires that name be entered but they already entered it few pages ago, can I carry it over?

Could you please clarify if you are wanting to pass the name field inside the same form or from one form to the next?

In the same form you could use a condition that copies the Name from field #1 into the name field#2.

For the other way you would pass data on via the redirection link on the Thank you page Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
