My notifications are coming with the name of someone that submitted a form

Over the weekend I got a form submission and since replying to her email all of my forms come with her name in them now. I just got an email that shows her mail as well.

many idea what may have happened. I am attaching a photo of what was in my inbox.

it no longer get shows mails are from Jot Form

Ooooo wait. I think I see what happened.
somehow the mail name got changed. I hope I may have it fixed not that I’m not trying to figure out what was happening.

I checked the email logs but I am not seeing that email. Nonetheless, please note that we do not have control of the contact name if you have customized it within your email account.

I suggest you check out your contact list and update the name for noreply@jotform.com.
