Square integration: connection disconnects when the form is refreshed

    Hi there, I need someone to please review this form: https://form.jotform.com/203008461919151

    When I try to test it I get an error message. I've read several forums that say Square needs to be connected. I've done that several times, I've made sure a business name is selected. I've done everything suggested and Square disconnects from the form.


    PLease help!

    I have checked your form and it seems the connection to Square have been lost.

    Thank you. I said that it in my original inquiry, I’ve done that 5x and it keeps disconnecting. What is your next recommendation?

    The problem might be in the form cache.

    Before connecting to Square again, please remove all your form cache from the account settings:

    After you do this, please try to connect again.

    Let us know if this problem occurs again.

    I am able to replicate the issue on my cloned form.

    It seems every time I refresh my Form Builder, the connection to Square disconnects.

    I have escalated the issue to our back-end team for further investigation.

    Once updates are available, you will be notified at this support ticket.
