Hello
It is a Korean non-profit organization that makes good use of JotForm's services.
I later found out about the 50% discount service if it was confirmed as a non-profit, so I applied for an upgrade to Silver in September.
When I applied last year, I calculated annually and used the service, but I thought it would be like that this time and applied.
When I checked, the monthly payment was made.
I am wondering if the monthly calculation will continue for the time being, or will it be until the first sign-up in December is 1 year old?
Please guide.

Hello,
I seems you upgraded to the silver monthly plan.
You can upgrade to yearly billing as follows:
- For security Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF (the free plan only allows 500 submissions- so save them all before you start)https://www.jotform.com/help/374-How-to-Export-All-of-Your-Data-at-Once
- Downgrade your plan to the free https://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-and-Downgrade-Back-to-Free
- Then upgrade to Silver with YEARLY payment option
