Query regarding upgradation of account

    Hi Team,

    We have embedded jot forms into our website cbl.com.pk and due to free account it has capacity issues secondly we don't remember our jot account which is integrated with our domain, I would appreciate if you can find and share account information which was attached with your services so we can upgrade same to increase forms capacity.

    The form you've shared is registered to Jotform under the account name of continentalbiscuits

    The email address of the related account is cbl####k@gmail.com

    Due to some changes at organization level we would not be able to locate this account, I would appreciate if you can link this to admin@cbl.com.pk account. This would help us to renew our account with assigned jot forms.

    Please note that to change your account profile email address, you need to have access to your account and current email address.

    I would suggest you to please sign in to your Jotform account with username "continentalbiscuits" and then you can change your account profile email address. Do you have access to email address "cbl*****@gmail.com"?

    If you have any trouble, you can reset your account password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link which is sign in window. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to reset your account password: https://www.jotform.com/help/489-how-to-reset-jotform-account-password

    Once you have access to the account, you can change profile email address and upgrade your account as well.
