I set a form which allow some customers when they arrive at the office, to fill it wih the suitable informations.  a counter agent received these informations in his mailbox.

then counter agent raise the invoice based on the informations sent by the customer and call the customer through a micro to collect or take his invoices.

by the way i would like to know the serving time of the customer, minute take by the counter agent to serve a customer. normally i have the submission date and time.

i want to ask if is there something we can do in order (for example) to create a link or button on whcih the counter agent click. the function of this button or link should be to inform the database about the moment the counter agent finish serving customer.

or is there anything else which can help me have the serving time of a customer?

plse help, it is a challenge for me

    thanks for assistance

    Thank you for contacting us.

For example, we can add two fields to the form.

First field: For administrative purpose field (you can use any name).

Second field: Time field (you can use any type DateTime/Time/Text Box).

Then, add a Show condition in order to show the Time field when the For administrative purpose field is equal to some value (your secret code value).

Also, you will need to add an {edit_link} to your form Email Notification.

In this way, your agent will be able to visit the form using mentioned Edit Link, enter your secret code to the For administrative purpose field, and this will show up the Time field. He will enter the time and submit the form. Submission edit will not affect the original Submission Date, so you will have two values on the submission data, Submission Date (original submission time) and Time (filled by agent).

Alternatively, it might be possible to write a custom script for your case, but this will involve custom programming, and also you will need a hosting for your script.
