    How do I stop receiving duplicate notification emails?

    We are receiving duplicate email notifications for every submission coming from this form: http://mitchell1epay.com/signmeup.html

    Can you please tell me how to stop receiving these duplicate notifications? 

    I went into the form to make sure that the emails are all unique and they are.

    Hi,

    In order to avoid receiving duplicate notification, make sure you only have one notification for each email recipient.

    As I've check your form, I can see that each notification have different email address as recipients.

    I've made some test on your form, can you please confirm if the said issue still persist or not?

    Yes. The issue is still occuring and only occuring for the startnow@acceleratedpay.com email address.

    Hi wengriffinapt, I've taken a second glance at your problem and I can see that you currently have 3 Notifications each of which is currently only displaying 1 Email address on each of them. My advice would be to Delete your First " Notification " and then Remake it with a New One in it's place. It sounds like the Notification may have gotten stuck due to a slight bug which can sometimes happen. Removing it and Remaking it should help to correct it. Then afterwards make sure you clear your form cache followed by testing it again. Additionally something else you may want to consider is that if all of your Notifications are the same for the Email then it might be better to just delete all 3 and merge them into one via a Notification with Multiple Email Addresses.

    If I am correct it is happening on this form https://www.jotform.com/30145225364951 which is the one on the page url you shared in your original post, can you confirm this?

    Please let us know if you are still experiencing this problem afterwards though so that we can troubleshoot more if needed.

    Oops, It seems I made a mistake. Please disregard the confirmation request as I was looking at your latest response just a moment ago but I see now that you mentioned that in your original thread details too. I'm very sorry about that.
