Can't connect in Nigeria

    Hello,

    I have a payed account in Nigeria and seems like that you are blocking access from Nigeria to the appliocation.

    Please fix the issue of accessing from Nigeria.

    I checked your account (Galooli_Nigeria) and IP (79.177.193.23), they are not suspended/blocked from our end. If you are using a Nigerian IP and it's not working, can you please try using a VPN when accessing your account?

    The problem is not from the IP in Israel but from Nigeria.

    What is the reason all my dosens of technicians should login by VPN?

    Are you blocking Nigeria IPs?

    VPN is making issues from the desktops to login as well.

    Can you please provide us with your Nigerian IP address so we can check it on our system?

    Also, can you please try using a different internet connection? It might be your Internet Service Provider is blocking our site.

    I have whitelisted the IP 👉 197.210.28.164. Can you please try to connect again with this IP?

    If you are still having issues, can you try using a different internet connection, as pointed by my colleague? Let us know how it goes.
