How do I insert this calculation into my original PDF file

how do i insert this calculation into my original PDF file, because i want to keep and use that with calulated score in the file not separate in data table Jot derivative?

I don't see a way to tell the result to paste into my own PDF version from the form in the builder.

Currently it is not possible to do calculations on the original PDF file side.

You will have to do the Calculations/Conditions on the side of the form instead using the Form Builder.

You can then just reflect the calculation data result to the mapped fields between the form and the original PDF file.
