Is JobForm a good substitute for an email marketing service?

I've been using Wufoo to create subscription sign-up widgets for my website, along with application forms with PayPal payments for my workshops.

Now I'm working on a new website that I expect to receive much more traffic. I want a formbuilding service/email marketing service combo. This way, in addition to the typical email marketing tools, I could also set up autoresponders for workshop applicants, students, and graduates--without having to export those lists.

I've just started my web search and see that JobForm is a better option than my current formbuilder company (!!!). But does Jotform have robust autoresponder capabilities?

Thank you for the chance to ask my question.
