Two people have registered and used the paypal feature and yet I have not received payment through my paypal account

    Two people have registered for classes through jotforms paypal feature (I do have a paypal account), and yet I have not received payment and it does not show up on my paypal account.

    Additionally, are we supposed to confirm the order through jotform in order for the payment to be processed through paypal?

    Hi Sandy,

    Since the payment field is not set to Required* in your form, the user can submit the form without registering to a class.

     

    There are currently 4 submissions for this form http://www.jotform.us/form/32235125047142 , the last one being my test submission.

    Are there suppose to be 2 other submissions? Please clarify us on this.

     

    Additionally, are we supposed to confirm the order through jotform in order for the payment to be processed through paypal?

    No. You do not have to. As long as the user successfully completed the payment transaction, they will be able to see the Thank You page, and the payment should reflect in your paypal account.
