Is there any way I can have a column of options that the user can drag each option into another column (rearrange)?

I am creating an online survey and in one of the questions it requires the person to rank 5 options in order of most frequent to least frequent.

Is there any way I can have a column of options and the person completing the survey can drag each option into another column (with the top row of said column being the highest "1" and the bottom row "5" being the lowest)?
