notification email is delayed when received

    Quite often we find a number of reports all coming through at the same time from the previous weeks that have been held up.

    In the screenshot attached the report was sent on the 16th but only arrived on the 20th at 13:37 with lots of other reports from the previous week.

    Could you please provide a solution as this happens far too often and we are missing out on important information.

    Can you please share the submission ID of the submissions in which the email notification was delayed so that we can further investigate the issue?
