You recently transferred a form from my account russellmoody01 to Prash_Patel.
You replied to my request but I can't access the response, it says I'm not authorized.
The form has been transferred but the email notification once someone submits the form still comes through to my email address on account russellmoody01. It needs to go to the email address on the account named Prash_Patel
