We use “JotForm” to collect data from our members and then send out an automated “confirmation” email. I’ve included a sample below – this is just one of a dozen different types of email.
They are sent from JotForm using membershipsupport@gscnc.or or noreply@gscnc.org.
Normally, we see them in the appropriate email “sent box”. But the last know email was 10/22/2020 at 0:06.
Since then the email have stopped. I did a test with JotForm where I changed the “sent” email from membershipsupport@gscnc.orgto the generic noreplay@jotform.com and the email works again.
Did something change last week? Is there a reason I can no longer connect to the SMTP server to send out these email?
My credentials are good, because I can login to the email. SMTP settings are good as well. Did something change from JotForm? -
