    I am being prompted to upgrade. However, I wanted to see if I paid a year in advance for my current bronze level before paying a year in advance for the next level. Trying to see if I have credit on my account?

    I checked your account and it is subscribed to the Silver plan. I also can see that you have 92 payment submissions. For the Bronze plan, the payment submission limit is 100 per month. (We reset the limit every first day of the month back to zero). That's the reason why you get an upgrade alert.
