Why aren't options returned in email responses?

    I've created a form to capture information pertaining to scheduled visits to a non-profit organization. Within the form is an option box that contains four checkboxes listing the dates a person might want to visit the non-profit organization. When the check boxes are checcked the values are not returned in the email with the rest of the information. Please advise how to get this feature to work so that the dates will be included in the email. Thank you.

    Hi rfoszcz

    Please go into the "Compose Email" section of the notification in the Email Alerts and change {datesYou17} to {datesYou22}

    Save your change and you should now receive the dates chosen by the users of the form okay. (Apparently changes were made to the form after the notification was setup.)
