Jot Form Logo on pdf

    Why is the jot form logo appearing on the new pdf printouts of my form?

    The paid level is not supposed to have jot form branding.

    Also, let us know how you're downloading these PDFs, provide us the link from where you're downloading this PDF.

    1. https://www.jotform.com/myforms
    2. mark the questionnaire
    3. scroll back up to submissions
    4. mark the desired form
    5. click download

    Under your "new" style, this is on the bottom of each page

    Now that you asked these questions, I can't seem to opt back to the old style.

    How to I opt back to the old style?

    I checked your form https://www.jotform.us/form/70835711368157 and it is using the old PDF Designer. I downloaded the PDF report from the submissions page and our logo is not shown.
