The survey I am using won't calculate the score

I am trying to create a quiz that calculates a score at the end of the quiz. I put in the calculated values but when I go to test the quiz on my app it says, "Your quiz score is out of 5." Could someone please help me out.

I can see that the form calculation doesn't add up the values for some reason.

I've cloned your form and deleted the calculations. I've then re-added them, and that fixed this issue. I may recommend you that you delete too all calculations and add them once again and that should fix this problem for you too.

The issue still persists. It does not put there score in the total area after they submit the test.

Okay I got the score to work now trying to get the score to display on the thank you page.

We apologize for inconvenience. I checked on your form and I was able to identify the caused of issue.

1. There is a mistake in the calculation formula in the Calculation widget. You can fixed by removing the extra "+" at the end
   
   
2. You have added a Condition/Calculation which was just a duplicate of the calculations from the Calculation widget. Do not use Condition/Calculations that affect the Calculation widget. I suggest removing/deleting the related Condition/Calculation in the form.
   

The calculations should work when applied properly.
