Do I need to purchase an account upgrade?

    Good day,

    I am putting together a survey for a yearly gingerbread house contest that a hospital client of ours puts on. Due to social distancing, we are going to point their app to this survey link. I am told they get a few thousand votes. In order to be able to record all of these votes, will I need to upgrade this account in order to be able to do the voting?

    Hi @mitchelbrandley,

    Thank you for reaching out to JotForm support. We have a Monthly Submission Limit for each plans and I believe you would need to have Silver Plan in order to receive submissions from all of your participants. However, we have an option of Monthly Payment for our users, so you could unsubscribe your plan after you completed the survey. Please check out our available plans here and what is included for each subscriptions.
