Copy and paste of existing forms from one account to another (greenfinance@intracen.org to sgao@intracen.org)

Dear support team,

We are several on our team (greenfinance@intracen.org) creating forms for external users. Now, because the first account is getting cluttered, I have created a new Jotform account on sgao@intracen.org. To ease the transfer - could you please do a "Copy" of ALL forms from the greenfinance account and "paste" it onto the sgao account?

This is really for "filing" our forms on two accounts so that our team members (who are working on different things) are not cluttered when looking for a form.

Thank you for contacting our support team.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to copy and paste forms from one account to another. The only option for you is to transfer the ownership of the forms and form data to the new account. This process will take all of the forms and submissions that are saved on one account and move them to the other account.

However, due to our security policies, form transfers can only be done when the form owner requests the transfer. Since you are logged into the new account, we will need to request that you log into the account under the email greenfinance@intracen.org to request the form transfer.

Once you are logged into the greenfinance account you can use the following link to request the form transfer on this support ticket. Also, please share a list of the Form URLs that you want to transfer.

OR If you do not want to transfer ownership of your forms, you may be interested in a JotForm Enterprise account. With enterprise, you will have multi-user functionality which allows the creating of multiple sub-accounts that can access the same forms and submissions.
