Insert data from Input table in the new row in Google Sheets

I have integrated with google sheets and my output looks like this.

How can I get the google sheet to be the same or transpose the output to be the same as the form?

Unfortunately, each submission will be saved in a single row in your sheet. If you need a new row to be created each time, you need to submit the form multiple times.
