Question about form submission

    I am looking at a program to allow employees to fill out forms and submit. My question is once they are completed and submitted how would I as the recipient receive those forms? Are they emailed, do I login to jotform and download them from that website, or some other format?

    I am also interested in the security of some of the forms. Can you give me a little more information on how passwords and links are received by the person who needs to complete the form?

    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    Both of your initial assumptions are correct. When your forms are submitted, you will be notified via email where you can receive a receipt for the submission. You can also view the submission in detail by logging in to your account and opening your submissions page.

    As for your second question, all forms will have a unique link that can be used to access them. You can share the form URL with those that you want to fill out the form. You can also add restrictions to the form so that only certain personnel can access it or password protect the form and share the password manually.
