Entries on the Short Text Enty fields are not showing up on edit mode

    Hi

    The Location UWI and Well License Number short text parts of the General Site Inspection for RTA Sites are not showing up when I try to edit one of the submitted forms as well as it's not showing up when I open the form in Workhub. I have updated the pdf and made sure the hide empty fields is off but still no luck. Not sure what else to do.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    I was able to see the data when viewing the edit mode of the submissions in your form.

    I checked through my support account and non-support accounts, both have worked.

    Were you able to see these data on the submissions page of your form? Can you also confirm if you were able to see these data in the edit mode before?
