When i click in Tabpress to add my fb page, no page is show to select. Please help!!!

Hello desporto,

May I know which part of the process are you stuck?

After clicking Add to My Page at the lower left part of the tabpress page, you should go back to your facebook page and check the menu on the left.

It would also be great if you can provide us a screenshot and the link to your facebook page so that we can help you better.
