How can I customize the email template that is generated by default when I share a form by email?

When I go to email a link to the form Publish > Email

I enter the email and it reads Please fill out the form below and then provides the link. Am I able to customize that message for each form somewhere in settings?

    Hello,

If I understand correctly, you would like to define a template to be sent as body content when you share any of your forms by email. That would prevent you from typing the same message in all of your forms' Publish > Email pages. Am I correct?

If that is the case, there is unfortunately no feature at the moment to achieve such a thing. However, I am currently building a workaround (with a demo form included).

I will update you by replying to this thread as soon as I am done.

Let us know how we can be of any further assistance,

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Alright, I have a functional demo! Feel free to test it out by clicking here.

I invite you to type your email address and see how it works.

The concept is really simple: you only need an email and a form ID (which can be found in your form's URL).

In the "backend", I have created an Autoresponder Email: this email is sent to the address specified in the "Recipient e-mail" field.

I suggest that you clone my demo form (related guide here). This will allow you to customize the email template to be used without having to build a similar tool from scratch.

Let us know if that helps,

    Thank you!
