Offering pick up and online paymen in one form

I would like to offer payment at pick up option and have it on my form but when you submit form it takes you directly to PayPal or square.how can i offer payment at pick up?

You may consider using two forms, one integrated with the online payment processing (e.g. PayPal or Square), and another one with the Product List (Purchase Order) field that does not ask for the online payment.
