IOS Video Blank Screen

    Hi Guys,

    Bug report:

    There is a blank box video appearing as an overlay when you bring up a form page on mobile that contains the file upload control.

    I created a simple form with nothing but the file upload control on it and brought it up on my iPhone X. The overlay video appears. You can dismiss it and complete the form. But it's not how it should work.

    This is a critical feature that my clients need to have for the app. They need to be able to upload photos, videos, etc. If the screen pops up, it makes my presentation of the forms look less professional.

    Please let me know the status of this bug fix as I need that file upload control on a form.

    We apologize for inconvenience. I have been checking your form using mobile device browser, but so far I could not replicate the issue you described.

    When I used the file upload field, there was no blank video overlay that appear on the device screen.

    It will help us accurately check on the issue if you can take a screenshot image of it while testing on your device and share the screenshot image to us.
