Card form transitions delay on iPhone X

    Guys:

    I love the jot form cards format for my surveys, but on several cards, there seems to be a slight delay in the transition. It is not terrible, but the transitions should be seamless.

    Please advise.

    This was my experience opening and filling your form. I'm afraid this is the default speed.

    Are you facing a delay greater than that? 

    If yes, please make sure to have a good connectivity speed. Also, clearing your browser cache and form cache can help.

    Note: I have cleared your form's cache for you.

    Thank you for the response. The delay happens on IOS on my Iphone X. It seems like the card transition is slightly odd.

    Hello,

    Could you provide us with a screencast of your issue? You could share it with us via Google Drive, for instance. I believe recent iPhones have a built-in screen recording feature.

    If it happens to be something in our backend that could be improved, we will gladly forward this thread to our dev team.

    On my end, I do not have a native iPhone X, but using Chrome's emulator, I could not replicate your problem.
