Storage Account

We updated our account to storage with the belief that this would provide an additional 100 submissions on top of our 130 monthly. Our account still says that we are out of submissions - HELP

The storage plan doesn't increase the submission limit, it increases the allowed storage to unlimited. If you want you can upgrade to the bronze plan which allows 1,000 submissions.

If you would like to just cancel the storage plan, I can cancel it and refund you the amount.
