I have a small 1 person business and we use jotforms to collect information for our clients commercials. I see with an enterprise membership you have the ability to change the jotforms.com/87866777 into something like additive.com/form/099987. Basically removing all jotform language to ensure my clients the url is from my company. It is only me so I don't want to pay for 5 enterprise users. Is there an alternative way of doing this? I currently have a silver level membership.

    Hello turnerryan,

Creating a custom form URL can be done in all plans (free and paid). Unfortunately, using your domain name for your form URL (Ex: additive.com/form/099987) is only possible with Enterprise Solution.

But, if you have an existing website, you can embed the form to it and share your website's URL to the users instead of your form's URL.
