    Hi there,

I am working on behalf of a client. We have uploaded a form onto their Shopify store that would allow customers to upload product photos so the business owner can see. If we have under 100 people using the form per month, will it be free indefinitely?

"If we have under 100 people using the form per month, will it be free indefinitely?"

    Yes, correct.

To further clarify, kindly be informed that with Free account you can:

    1. Receive up to 100 submissions and 10 payments submissions per month.

    2. Have your form viewed up to 1000 times per month. Meaning, number of visits to form via direct URL or embedded.

    3. Have a total space of 100 MB.

    4. Have a total submission storage of 500 submissions.

On the 1st day of every month, the monthly submission count resets to 0.

Please note that once you reach any of the limits above, you will be notified via email, besides your forms will be displaying the "Over Quota" message to anyone tries to submit them.

If you wish more extended limits, you may upgrade to one of our paid plans.
