Card Form: How to add multiple fields in a single page?

Would like to know if it possible to add in a single step 3 fields (name, phone and emails).
Is there a way in the address component to inverse zip code and city ?

Yes, that's possible using the Multi-line Question field. You can have the fields in rows or in columns depending on your preference.

I don't see any option in this multiline field to add a check box for GDPR consentement.

The caption beside the combox only display the beginning of the legal text...

Is there a way to change this ?

Is it possible to translate NEXT and PREVIOUS button ?

Unfortunately, there is no option for a checkbox on the multi-line question.

I would suggest using the terms and condition widget for your GDPR consent.

You can manually change the label of the next and previous button by double clicking on it.
